My DVD-Drive for NotePC is made by NOVAC (DVD/CD Station).It's power source is NotePC's PCMCIA, so that it is no need AC adapter.I mean that no need AC adapter with NotePC and the portablity is extreemly good.I can enjoy movie only DVD Software(PowerDVD) and Pentium iii(500).
I boute it only 120 dollar.In that time Panasonic DVD was 240 dollar and need AC adapter.Now there are no DVD-Drives for notePC except this.When I am tierd with waitting for my wife's shopping ,I enjoy movies on NotePC in my car.
At present, a CD-ROM(48 times speed) is 4, 5000 yen.
Before, it was the story when even double speed CD-ROM didn't exist at the time of the beginning of the CD-ROM drive. No less than 1 unit 1500$ was done at that time. Then, with the reason why it has been changing in the age of the DVD-ROM and RW at present from the age of the CD-ROM. My CD-ROM drive is used only with Linux. Even the outside drive of the notebook is using DVD-ROM. I am not thinking about NotePC as Small Desktop personal computer at all. As for me, a standard for a choice of NotePC is in such cases as VGA and the CPU solidly ,portability, the operation time with a battery, the HDD capacity, the Memory capacity and the end. I don't think that a CD-ROM (DVD is contained.), FDD, and so on need to be built in by NotePC at all in that meaning.
I purchased 15 or 16 units by the notebook personal computer from the age said as the lap-top computer. Then, the notebook personal computer which I am using for the master at present is (192M) of IBMThinkPadi1124. I put HDD on 40G of the fluid shaft, and changed it. Now, because FDD was hardly used, this became the model which it was the most suitable for for me.
Now,I love "Tomb Raider" and "Final Fantasy".Some peaple say that FF is trash.But I am moved by that CG technology.Anyway it will be in history because of spending 1 million dollar par 1 secont.I enjoyed "Tomb Raider" ten times in a week when I bought it.I was surprised by the physical ability of a heroin.
We can download "Tomb Raider Browser" made by NeoPlanet from official site.But the browser needs high performance , at least Peniii 500 or more , I think.We can change the browser's skin as download from NeoPlanet. And the download site is always crowded , so you must need patience.
個人的につまらないけど懐かしいというだけで、購入したのは「宇宙戦争」(1953年)と「禁断の惑星」(1956年)です。特に「宇宙戦争」は私が始めて見たSF映画でした。小学生の私は怖くてほとんど目を閉じていたので、全編はDVDでしか見ておりません。いずれにしてもこの２つの作品は1950年代を代表するSF作品でしょう。原作者は有名なH.G.ウエルズです。1938/10/30
オーソン・ウエルズは『宇宙戦争』のラジオドラマを放送し、その迫真の名演技で全米がパニックになったのはあまりに有名な話です。その他H.G.Wellsの作品では「タイム・マシン」「透明人間」「モロー博士の島」なども知られていますね。でも彼は歴史学者という一面ももっていました。ただ、日本語訳は無かったように思いますが、ペンギンブックスで「Short
History of The World」なんか入手しやすいでしょう。日本の記述は１頁でしかありません。彼は日本は中国の一部分でそんなに意義のある国ではないという風な認識をしめしていました。「禁断の惑星」ではロボットが有名で多くのブリキおもちゃが作られました。ストーリーよりも、今振れかえって見ると当時の時代感覚が良くわかって可笑しさが随所に現れます。人類の宇宙船が全くUFOそっくりで,船内は地上と同じく、重力があり、船内の放送はカラオケ用のマイクそっくりでした。まあ、人類が月面はおろか宇宙に出ていなかったので,無重力の体験がなかったわけです。
MatrixはDVDを２番目に購入した作品です。勿論、映画もみましたが、左に上げた２つのシーンのメーキングには感動しました。このMatrixは余りに感動したため、ほとんど全部のセリフを憶えたほどです。４０回以上は見ました。Matrix以後の映画やCM作品にこの手法がいたるところで使用されていました。今後のSF映画史に残る作品と云ってもよろしいのではないでしょうか。
